Resumen
This project aims to develop the business plan for the EKO SPORT brand, which produces sports articles using recycled materials, primarily PVC-based banners. It involves a mixed-method participatory study utilizing surveys with the established focus group identified through market research. This group consists of individuals aged 18 to 60 residing in Bogotá, from socio-economic strata 2, 3, 4, and 5, who engage in at least one sports discipline. Several strategies are proposed for the effective launch of the brand, including partnerships with sports organizations, waste management proposals, social media advertising highlighting the collection and manufacturing process, and analysis of content creators to promote the brand's identity. This is aimed at strengthening circular economy practices and sustainable development within sports organizations.
