Diseño de una interfaz de gestión documental para el sistema de gestión de calidad ISO 9001:2015 aplicado a Tecno Estructurar S.A.S.

Abstract

The main objective of this degree project was to design a document management interface for the only headquarters of Tecno Estructurar S.A.S. located in the city of Bogotá DC. This work was developed under the modality of a business internship as a degree option to obtain the title of Production Engineer from the Francisco José de Caldas University. Tecno Estructurar S.A.S. It is a 100% Colombian company that was born in 2016, due to the need to provide a better service and support to clients who are looking for a solution to the needs in electronic security, automation, and technological infrastructure. Wanting to organize your documented information, standardize your internal activities and the provision of your services, through a checklist, the need to establish adequate control in the handling of documented information was diagnosed and identified, in order to solve the problem that It is presented as loss, uncontrolled modification, outdated and unavailability of it, through the design of a document management interface and the modeling of the procedures using the Bizagi Modeler software, in order to comply with requirement 7.5 of the ISO standard 9001: 2015.
