Determinación de “indicadores” por operación y mantenimiento del corredor vial revertido a cargo del proyecto “accesos norte a la ciudad de Bogotá”

Abstract

The objective of the "generation of concessions" (4G) "Access North to the city of Bogotá DC" for the operations of Operation and maintenance of the Reversed road corridor and received from the first-generation concessions project (1G) "Desarrollo Vial del Norte of Bogotá - DEVINORTE ". To do this, the "indicators" will be analyzed. The "indicators" will be published, the projects of the fourth generation (4G) and the "received" in the infrastructure. Completed or loading infrastructure of the National Institute of Roads (INVIAS), acquiring the obligation to maintain and operate it. A comparative analysis of the parameters that determined the "State Index" of the road corridor prior to its impact on the fourth-generation contract (4G) that was the subject of the study was carried out, and the selection of the "indicators" was evaluated. This means that the technical specifications and the implications they can generate in the execution of the contract. Likewise, based on the indications of the previous results for the Devinorte road concession project, tending to calculate the "State Index", based on what was published by (Gamboa Beltran, 2017) they generated deterioration models, in order to predict the future state of the road that allows determining the relevant parameters.
