Resumen
In this paper indicated problems regarding the control of inventories currently presented in the company RECOL S.A.S. and proposed a management model is performed. This includes methodologies such as Classification system ABC, EOQ (economic batch of order ) and statistical modeling, which allows the company to know what items affect outstandingly in their usefulness are and thus establish inventory policies that help improve its economic benefit. v By spreadsheet simulation, based on the cast by the Easyfit program information, which indicates the distribution that best fits the historical data of demand by 2015, to develop analysis and offer a proposal was made to the company

En este trabajo se indican los problemas respecto al control de inventarios que actualmente se
presentan en la compañía RECOL S.A.S. y se realiza propuesta de un modelo de Gestión. Éste
abarca metodologías como: Sistema de clasificación ABC, EOQ (lote económico de pedido) y
modelización estadística, la cual permite a la compañía conocer cuáles son los artículos afectan
de manera sobresaliente en su utilidad y así poder establecer políticas de inventarios que
contribuyan a mejorar su beneficio económico.
