Apoyo administrativo del evento suramericano por equipos 16 años de la Federación Colombiana de Tenis

Abstract

Colombia will have the privilege of being the official headquarters for the realization of these jousts. This is one of the great events of youth tennis for the high level of sport shown by the athletes participating in the 10 countries that make up the COSAT, where they must compete for the classification of the World Junior 16 years, which will be held in the city of Budapest - Hungary for the dates from 18 to 23 September 2017 (ITF, 2017). Due to the above, the ITF requires specific parameters in organization, coordination and other important requirements to carry out the international event. For the development of this work, the different entities that regulate the International Tennis (ITF - COSAT) and national (Federación Colombiana de Tenis) will be introduced. Then we will continue with all those entities that intervene in the process as it is eleven COLDEPORTES, Leagues, Clubs, among others. It will also address the issue of what the South American means and classify it. On the other hand, it will review the requirements demanded by the event, such as having a budget, headquarters, sponsors, administrative staff, logistics personnel, transportation, food, lodging and information dissemination. Which is important for those delegations that come to our country. Finally, the project will be evaluated according to the specific objectives, goals and indicators initially set up to be able to carry out the project correctly.
