Resumen
The present document evidence the result of a research process realized in the municipality of Guasca - Cundinamarca, in the IED El Carmen, El Salitre Headquarters; through the development and accompaniment in the execution of the pedagogical strategies "Actuaciones Educativas de Éxito" (AEE), proposed by the program "Comunidad de Aprendizaje" (CdA), where, the main objective is to improve the educational level through innovative approaches with the purpose of upgrade the education quality finishing with the educational failure and school dropout. In these AEE, are proposeddifferent pedagogical activities, one of which is: "Interactive Groups" (IG), which, in the process of the practice accomplished as the central axis of this investigation; allows to generate and organize educational meetings in which involves the family as a fundamental part of the school, to participate in this training space to enrich and enhance in this way, the learning of the students. In this process of accompaniment and realization of this project, we had the opportunity to participate in the meeting and record the experience of the participantss (teachers, students and family), through field diaries, photographs, videos, surveys and interviews. In this way and with the results obtained, was possible demonstrate in this first approach of the Community of Learning project in the institution, encouraging changes began to occur since, the community responded in an active and positive way to the development of the activity in which, on the one hand, the interest on the part of the relatives was encouraged to be a participant in the learning processes of the children; On the other hand, the participation and motivation of the children in the activity was strengthened because they participated in a massive way; and finally, the commitment from the teachers, by reinforcing the theoretical bases of their practices to innovate and employ new teaching strategies in the classroom; In this way, they allow to continue contributing to educational transformation in order to achieve improvements that benefit the community as a whole.
