Determinación de Zonas de Erosión Hídrica a Partir de la Ecuación Universal de la Pérdida del Suelo (R.U.S.L.E), Sistemas de Información Geográfica y Técnicas de Teledetección en la Ciudad de Bogotá D.C para el Año 2013.

Abstract

The present project seeks to obtain a methodology that allows to develop a product called areas of water erosion, the methodology applied during the execution of the project has been implemented for the entire city of Bogota D.C. and it is hoped that it can be applied in any part of the country, the water erosion is quantified through the RUSLE, which works through the calculation of six factors, which include the different most relevant factors in the origin and development of the same. It is to clarify that for the purpose of calculating these factors necessitated the use of Geographic Information Systems, more specifically the software ArcGis 10.1. The results obtained were classified in the categories (Low, Medium, High, Very High.) and confronted with information from other similar studies and news related to detachment from the soil by the action of stormwater in different areas of the city of Bogota D.C.
