Resumen
Taking into account that the methodologies proposed by these companies are focused on the valuation of easements in urban and rural areas, we find a gap in what corresponds to the valuation of easements in rural suburban areas, as these parameters have not been determined and differ greatly from those that correspond to another type of soil given their characteristics and that is why our work is aimed at proposing a series of parameters or methodology that allows an adequate assessment of easements in properties affected by infrastructure easements , located in SUBURBAN RURAL ZONES. The development of works that imply the intervention of real estate in the head of individuals makes it necessary for the administration to be responsible for the rendering of services, the obtaining of solid property rights based on a correct identification and making use of an adequate indemnifying methodology, that is, according to the reality of the transitory and / or permanent affectations and that takes into account the characteristics of the land areas subject to the imposition of the tax.
