Resumen
The effectiveness of companies is a function of a series of factors that can affect the quality of their production processes. In this sense, logistics management represents a key factor to ensure the proper development of the processes required to obtain and market a good or service. When there are problems of business logistics, a series of affectations are generated that affect customer satisfaction, which threatens sustainability in the market. This was evidenced in the Croydon company, Especially in the times of the order cycles where delays have been generated that give way to disagreements of their customers. Therefore, the objective of this work was to propose a logistics plan as a strategy for managing the order cycle of the national sales channel of the company CROYDON Colombia, For this, a diagnosis of the logistics management of the national sales channel was carried out, its needs were identified and the plan was designed, to finally realize the economic viability of the proposed plan. It was concluded that the company can reduce its affectations and strengthen its order cycle times if the adjustments suggested in the designed plan are made.
