Resumen
The study focused on the analysis of the relationship Market-Estate - Society seeking to make visible how the neoliberal policies implemented before and during the proposed period have impacted the employment status of workers in Colombia, reason by which a group of urbanites has decided to make use of the public space to ensure their subsistence, stripping turn to the public space of the political power of its role in the construction of city. This problem has driven both the community of vendors as to the District Administration to find a space for dialogue allowing them to find solutions to this situation, making first the existence of an urban conflict that occurs in most capital cities around the world that has forced marketers to organize informal through the participation of citizens demanding the right to work as a way of claiming the right to the city.
