This internship consisted in providing technical support for the preparation of the massive valuation study for the areas of intervention determined in the municipalities of Andes, Betania, Hispania and Jardín, located in the Department of Antioquia, applying the massive methodologies provided by the current regulations; within the framework of the execution of the Territorios + project, which was developed by the company Valor +, entity that appointed the firm Urbana Engineering & Survey in charge of the economic component of this project aimed at the implementation of the multipurpose cadastre in the Department of Antioquia. To this end, activities were carried out in four phases: The first, consisted of the collection of preliminary normative information, the second, determination of the physical homogeneous zones, in the third phase the geoeconomic homogeneous zones and unit values by type of construction were determined, and the fourth phase, which allowed the consolidation, evaluation and review of final results. As results were obtained in phases one and two: Diagnosis of the normative information in force in each municipality (4 municipalities), photographic record of the intervention units (urban and rural land field work), analysis of variables implemented in the LADM-COL model (according to IGAC methodology), cartographic plans of Physical Homogeneous Zones (according to IGAC methodology), as for phases three and four: Photographic record of the research points selected in the intervention units (urban and rural soil fieldwork), refined and georeferenced market studies, cartographic plans of Geo-economic Homogeneous Zones (according to IGAC methodology) and technical report of the project carried out in each intervention unit. In this way, a project was executed that implements the multipurpose cadastre in the country, where the LADM-COL model takes relevance in favor of the interoperability of the entities in charge of the cadastral activities in Colombia.
