Modelo de Integración de Competencias Digitales y Competencias STEAM en Profesionales del Sector TI en la Localidad de Puente Aranda en Bogotá

Abstract

This investigation shows an innovative proposal for an integration model between digital skills required by the labor market and the STEAM approach as an interdisciplinary teach- ing model, in order to establish a framework to guide the learning and training of the professionals that belong to technology areas in companies. As a basis for the design of the model, a literature review was carried out, for extracting the previously developed digital skill models and the relevant concepts of the STEAM approach. In addition, some information was collected about the competence of ICT professionals in a company in Bogotá, through the application of a survey, and the results are presented as a diagnosis. Finally, the description of the model is shown, highlighting the aspects contemplated for its elaboration.
