Resumen
This research project arose with the objective of generating a pedagogical proposal based on play, art and literature to promote school inclusion and the recognition of educational diversity in boys, girls and young people (between 5 and 15 years old) of the Michín Foundation, Bosa headquarters, tomorrow. The above was developed in light of the qualitative approach of educational action research, since it sought to transform those exclusion practices found in the place, and in turn generate self-reflection in students through pedagogical actions. The pedagogical proposal was worked from the categories educational context and diversity, which had their respective subcategories and descriptors such as school exclusion and inclusion, educational diversity and recognition of themselves and others. This strategy was successful in promoting school inclusion in the Foundation, since It made students aware of the importance of recognizing and valuing educational diversity and, in turn, contributed to improving relationships between children and young people, promoting respect for differences and thus generating a more participatory, enjoyable and inclusive environment.
