This research aims to design an instrument to measure the degree of environmental intelligence held by the employees of the Business Group Online S.A GELSA, through three dimensions, cognitive, emotional and behavioral. The test score is based on the Likert scale, where certain knowledge, emotion, perception and / or environmental behavior of the worker is quantified. The measurement of GELSA's degree of environmental intelligence was segmented according to the general environmental intelligence of the company, by component, by item and by individual.

Esta investigación pretende diseñar un instrumento que permita medir el grado de inteligencia ambiental que poseen los empleados del Grupo Empresarial en Línea S.A GELSA, mediante tres dimensiones, la cognitiva, emocional y conductual. La calificación del test está basada en la escala Likert, dónde se cuantifica determinado conocimiento, emoción, percepción y/o comportamiento ambiental del trabajador. La medición del grado de inteligencia ambiental de GELSA se segmentó de acuerdo a la Inteligencia ambiental general de la empresa, por componente, por ítem y por individuo.
