The high rainfall combined with a terrible planning of the national territory and sewage system, leads to a catastrophe in the city that suffers it, this document contains the technical procedure to solve this type of problem and make the city a more comfortable and dignified place. to live and transit, while generating harmony with the ecosystem and both can coexist without interrupting the flow of the other.

Las altas precipitaciones combinado con una pésima planificación del territorio nacional y sistema de alcantarillado, deriva en una catástrofe de la ciudad que lo padezca, este documento contiene el procedimiento técnico para solucionar este tipo de problemas y hacer de la ciudad un lugar más cómodo y digno para vivir y transitar, al tiempo que genera armonía con el ecosistema y pueden convivir ambos cada uno sin interrumpir el flujo del otro.
