Resumen
This research work is framed within the guidelines established by the Specialization in Project Management; is consolidated, as an analysis and consolidation of experiences from the teaching practice and the comparison of similar situations. Therefore, the academic and administrative management at Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Presentation Centro was systematized and described during the safe return to classrooms under the educational alternation model in the midst of the pandemic generated by COVID 19. Taking into account the proposed guidelines of the educational alternation plan that contemplates the implementation of the protocol adopted in Resolution 1721 of September 2020, and according to the relevant authorities in this regard, the need arises to investigate and analyze the experiences of teachers and students. through an exploratory study to thoroughly identify the phenomenon of alternation in education during the stage following the rise of the COVID 19 pandemic, in order to recreate a description of said atypical manifestation in the school context. Starting from the documentary review of minutes, circulars, meetings and surveys applied from Google forms to teachers and students, this research project aims to fully understand the phenomenon of the educational alternation model to recognize processes that education in the pandemic stage.
