Abstract

In the next document a project is going to be presented that consists in the realization of a collaborative mobile application for notify incidents or alerts. The purpose of the development of the application is to allow a practical and efficient communication in an emergency or alert situation, in addition to giving the possibility to the user to determine the veracity level of the alert. The determination of the veracity level is because in many times people report situations that are not truthful, or they are a false alarm. The application arose under the work of the RUP development methodology and it had an important technological impact by including innovative tools which involve the development of hybrid applications such as Ionic and Firebase Cloud. Also, the use of the Loopback framework gives a very good way to work in database management.
