Abstract

The information system for the FUNCOES foundation is a prototype based on web services, which aims to publish, disseminate and distribute events and projects promoted by the "color and hope for our hero’s foundation", through which members of the foundation and external users can access and be aware of the activities being developed within it. In this way, the members of the foundation will also have the possibility to register and fill out a form which will give them access to the modules where they can audio record their personal history and their journey in this process, which will be transcribed into a text that will serve for the foundation to make a characterization and define strategies to support its members. This information system will be developed under the SCRUM methodology, which will allow to manage the software development through the principles that it establishes, all this thanks to tools such as: Angular, PHP, Firebase, HTML5, JavaScript. Within the modules that will be developed, processes such as: publication of events, activities and projects that are currently being developed within the foundation can be carried out. Additionally, the system will allow the registration of data of the members of the foundation through voice recognition and specially to store the stories that represent the living memory in each case, in order to easily create profiles and define what kind of support can be implemented.
