Evaluación de la Política para la Gestión de la Conservación de la Biodiversidad en el Distrito Capital

Abstract

Policy for the Management of Biodiversity Conservation in the Capital District (PGCBDC) was published in 2010 and was projected for the year 2038, this leads to question whether its formulation allows adequately address the challenges of Bogotá’s biodiversity. This study aimed to evaluate the formulation stage of the policy to make recommendations to review and adjustment and general conceptual and methodological contributions on biodiversity policies. It was performed a content and context evaluation, establishing criteria Relevance, Pertinence, Coherence and evaluation of projects by LFA. As results, trees problems, scoring matrices about aspects evaluated, objectives trees and a robust evaluation matrix of the Policy’s Action Plan using LFA were made; obtaining also an important methodological contribution to the evaluation of public policies.
