Diagnóstico del uso de las patinetas eléctricas en Bogotá como alternativa para mitigar el cambio climático

Abstract

This document presents research and analysis on how electric patinetas impact mobility and the environment in Bogotá. In this way, this document can be considered as an input for the generation of future policies on the use and care of patinetas within the city. The presence of particulate matter from the burning of fossil fuels within the city has contributed to the decrease in air quality, along with the mobility problems that Bogotá has. Electric patinetas have emerged as an alternative mode of transportation that aims to reduce air pollution levels and mitigate climate change, while also providing users with a more efficient way to get around the city. This research allows for both a qualitative and quantitative perspective on electric patinetas as an alternative mode of transportation, conducting an environmental and social analysis of electric patinetas through the evaluation and valuation of their impacts, based on the compilation and analysis of primary information and research conducted by different authors in this area.
