Alimentos Cárnicos S.A.S is a Colombian company that is part of the Nutresa group, it is dedicated to the production and commercialization at national and international level of meat foods and is recognized in the market thanks to the Zenú, Rica, Ranchera, Pietran and Cunit brands.
In the distribution center of Bogotá there is an area destined to the reception of returned products called Returns, in this area there are opportunities for improvement at the level of standardization of a process called reception of returned product at the window. This process must be carried out in order to provide an efficient service, in addition to processing information on returned products.
The information assistant is in charge of processing everything related to the logistics operation, among these tasks are found (manage inventories, generate and dispose of documentation, receive returns, among other activities) for which a standardization is projected that integrates these activities to optimize times and avoid inconsistencies in the reverse logistics operation flow.
