Abstract

This report contains all the experiences obtained, the activities and the information collected during the development of the Diplomate in Musical Initiation offered by the Ministry of Culture to teachers of music schools of the Andina region Northeast in Bucaramanga, divided into three modules made during the second half of 2015. Thanks to the agreement established between the University Francisco José de Caldas and the Ministry of Culture, I attended the Diplomate and at the same time, do my job grade in the form of internship, allowing me develop in an area which had not been the opportunity to work, learning from each of the people with whom I had the opportunity to share experiences and situations which, undoubtedly, will make me a better person and a better musician. In this inform are made visible some of the tools used by teachers in their classrooms for conducting their classes. In this diplomate, I could get in touch with the reality of work with teachers in the region and some of its biggest problems connected to their musical and pedagogical practices.
