dc.description	A partir del estudio realizado se puede evidenciar los riesgos en este grupo de trabajadores frente a las actividades realizadas en la cocina, con esto se podrá llevar acabo el análisis de estos riesgos y poder generar recomendaciones que permitan a futuro en los restaurantes de estudio implementar medidas de intervención orientadas a mitigar el riesgo. Los beneficiarios finales de este proyecto serán los empleadores quienes conocerán más de cerca la problemática de sus establecimientos y podrán definir y priorizar cuales acciones deben implementar para garantizar una mayor higiene, seguridad en sus trabajadores.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Based on the study carried out, the risks in this group of workers can be evidenced in relation to the activities carried out in the kitchen. With this, the analysis of these risks can be carried out and generate recommendations that allow the future in the study restaurants to implement measures of intervention aimed at mitigating risk. The final beneficiaries of this project will be the employers who will know more about the problems of their establishments and will be able to define and prioritize which actions they must implement to guarantee greater hygiene and safety in their workers.	spa
