Resumen
The research proposal was based on a perceived need to determine some discourses and practices about the training of university teachers. Some guiding research questions were: what do we mean by teacher education ?, what relevance they have for college, teachers and learners ?, What sense and intentions have ?, What is their social preeminence ?, what are the main interests and institutional needs, academic units (faculties, institutes, programs, curricular projects) and individual that would be necessary to resolve ?, in synthesis the main problematize does solve was how the university as a form school, meets the needs, expectations and demands of teacher training?. The methodology used in the investigation relates to the tools Foucaultian box, using archeology from the analysis of enunciative modalities about what actually said and written about teacher training; university specifically in the context of the Distrital University teachers. (Sánchez, 2014). With the development of this research, an exercise was conducted told of research training and results in a description of the modalities of enunciation of teacher education at different levels of the Distrital University and the devices put into operation in order to realize processes training; characterization discourses and practices on teacher training, naturalized in the institution.
