Análisis de los Pasos 1 – 3 de TPM2 en la línea de empaque ICA

Abstract

The TPM2 implementation is carrying on as a corporate measure to reach the group strategic objectives which is continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Within the methodology, a production line is chosen as a pilot line where it will develop the implementation of the TPM2 steps, the methodology affirm that the line with more problems in the plant must be chosen. In this study case the production line chosen was the ICA machine which is the one with the highest number of troubles. This methodology was chosen because it is integral to the Integrates Management systems (SIG) implemented in the factory, also seeks to optimize the business assets (People, Equipment, Materials and Process) through the reliability loss elimination and the people education a generating culture change.
