dc.description	Se realiza el siguiente proyecto para desarrollar una guardería de mascota y paseos para caninos en la cuidad. El plan de negocio se fórmula con la utilización de metodología y todo lo relacionado a la propuesta y puesto en marcha de un determinado modelo de negocio. Se recopila información para tener claridad del texto y poder diseñar un negocio competitivo y rentable, se realiza el estudio de mercado con el fin de obtener la demanda del servicio y el mercado objetivo con el que se espera trabajar, dando datos de la infraestructura y procedimientos técnicos necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades de los posibles clientes. Se realizan los análisis estratégicos, administrativos y organizacionales, para brindarle a la operación un enfoque y dirección más claros, se plantea todo aspecto legal, jurídico y tributario necesario para la constitución de la empresa.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The following project is carried out to develop a pet daycare and walks for canines in the city. The business plan is formulated with the use of methodology and everything related to the proposal and implementation of a certain model of business. Information is collected to have clarity of the text and to be able to design a business competitive and profitable, the market study is carried out in order to obtain the demand of the service and the target market with which it is expected to work, giving data on the infrastructure and technical procedures necessary to meet the needs of the possible customers. HE perform the analysis strategic, administrative and organizational, to provide the operation with a clearer focus and direction, raises all legal, juridical and tax aspects necessary for the constitution of the company.	spa
