Resumen
The objective of this monograph is to describe the process of construction, development and analysis of a pedagogical intervention project with an investigative emphasis that had: as a physical context, the Agroparque Los Soches located in Bogotá, in the rural town of Usme; as historical context: the COVID-19 pandemic; and as an educational context, a family environment of an 8-year-old peasant boy. The problem question was proposed: How to enhance environmental awareness and multidimensional thinking of children in a rural context, through the pedagogical proposal of Philosophy for Children (FpN)?
Through the pedagogical tools provided by this program (FpN), created by Mathew Lipman and Ana Sharp (1969), a horizontal child-teacher relationship was established mediated by children's literature and joint reflection, which allowed, under humanistic pedagogy, dialogical, communitarian, projective, and with a qualitative methodology, a development and empowerment of environmental awareness and multidimensional thinking (critical, creative and careful) that points to a balance between the cognitive and the affective in this community, evidencing the relevance, importance and scope of the adaptation of a foreign educational proposal located in the various educational scenarios.
