Apoyo en la operación de la actividad de aprovechamiento de residuos sólidos, en el marco del servicio público de aseo, de Ekoplanet S.A.S E.S.P

Abstract

This project consists of technically, operatively and commercially supporting Ekoplanet, a company in the domiciliary public services sector for solid waste collection, in the activity of use and reuse of solid waste, through the cartographic production of the service areas with the help of Geographic Information Systems tools such as ArcGIS and Google My Maps, the update of the Emergency and Contingency Plan and the revision of the Program for the Provision of the Service supported by the guidelines generated by the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory; In addition, the generation of proposals to improve the operation by establishing activities, objectives and indicators specific to the exploitation activity, with which you can carry out due monitoring and evaluation of the provision of the service. From the previous processes, three maps of the delivery areas of the cities of Bogotá, Ibagué and the municipality of Madrid were obtained with 24, 14 and two routes in each area respectively; the Emergency Plan adjusted to the environment in which it operates, taking into account the disaster risks of each area and the vulnerabilities associated with the resources and preparedness that the company has to respond to an emergency event; and the Program for the provision of public service with activities, objectives, finish and indicators updated and in line with the environment in which it operates and proposed indicators that allow improving the monitoring and evaluation of service provision.
