For larger companies, is necessary to adopt methodologies that support agile and effective good practices within their processes, a continuous improvement for their growth and development of their daily tasks. This is essential for the provision of services and apply it helps to have a good company-client experience. This document presents the current situation of the services area of the Colmáquinas S.A. company, it currently presents insufficiencies that impair the full performance of the unit. It began with an analysis of the process that is carried out in the area, in such a way that the points of improvement of the executed processes could be evidenced. Therefore, taking into account the results of the diagnosis, the Identification and prioritization of the processes and their needs was carried out. In order to generate a proposal to improve the processes of the services area. It is expected that, upon learning of this proposal, the company adopts the changes that are suggested or that this is the beginning of other proposals that help the area to improve the processes associated with the services area and therefore the income of the company.
