Sistema de gestión de información web para monitorías académicas y e-learning en la Facultad Tecnológica de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas para la carrera de Sistematización de Datos

Abstract

This degree project proposes the development of a web-based Information Management System for academic tutoring and online classes for the data systematization course at the Technological Faculty of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. The system will focus on specific topics of the academic curriculum, as well as on topics related to programming and web and application development technologies. The aim is to implement a calendar of availability of teachers and student tutors assigned to teach the topics determined for each student. To ensure quality, teachers and tutors will go through a selection and approval process for the topic they are applying for. For their part, students will have access to the tutoring and the different contents offered in their course. Upon completion, they will obtain an online certification of approval, encouraging both students and tutors and teachers. The system will be developed with the SCRUM methodology, using .NET Framework, Angular and MySQL technologies. In addition, it will allow open enrollment for members of the university community interested in providing teaching or student support services. In this way, we seek to encourage active participation and improve educational quality, strengthening the bond between students and teachers. With the implementation of this platform, we hope to facilitate access to online academic resources and promote closer relationships between the university community of the Francisco José de Caldas District University.
