Resumen
Below is presented the final report of the internship in the future Forest Botanical Garden of Cundinamarca. The consolidation of the Botanical Garden requires the identification of the main wood species, documented through botanical collections. This information will configure a roadmap for the establishment of the type of living collections that will be sown, as well as to establish the priority species for conservation. Sampling is limited to the projected paths and at the edge of Suchín brook. In addition, the propagation processes by seed and vegetatively of the native species that are currently propagated in the Forest Botanical Garden are documented. A total of 134 species were reported, belonging to 48 families and 98 genera. The most representative families in terms of native species were: Asteraceae, Leguminosae, Moraceae, Solanaceae and Melastomataceae. 61% of the woody flora present in the Botanical Garden is native, which corresponds to 82 species Finally, is proposed the classification of the living collection of the Forest Botanical Garden of Cundinamarca in three classes: Special collection for conservation, species collection for ecological purposes and exotic plants collection, this according to the "National Plan of Collections for the Botanical Gardens of Colombia ”(2002)
