Resumen
In the context of the debate on democracy, taking the National Constitution of 1886 and the Political Constitution of 1991, the present paper seeks to discuss the horizon given to the participation of students as a central problem for education. Thanks to the notion of political field, we think that it is possible to materialize a study that makes possible to understand the close relationship between the society, the Nation-State and the subjects, and in this relation the function of the school.

En el marco de la discusión sobre la democracia, tomando para su análisis la Constitución Nacional de 1886 y la Constitución Política de 1991, con el presente trabajo se busca discutir el horizonte dado a la participación de los estudiantes como problema central para la educación. Gracias a la noción de campo político, pensamos que es posible materializar un estudio que posibilite comprender la estrecha relación entre la sociedad, el Estado-Nación y los sujetos, y en esta relación la función de la escuela.
