dc.description	La imagen contiene una noticia sobre La Ordenanza de 22 de diciembre de 1853 establece que el Gobernador de la provincia solicitará al Tesorero provincial la lista de deudores de la Subvención provincial. Una vez recibida la lista, el Gobernador la publicará en el periódico oficial de la provincia, instando a los deudores a pagar en el siguiente mes. Si no pagan, se tomarán medidas. El Tesorero informará al Gobernador quiénes han pagado y quiénes no. Se impondrá una multa a los empleados que no cumplan con sus deberes. La Junta provincial formará una lista de contribuyentes que no hayan pagado y acordará el remate de la cantidad total adeudada a la provincia considerando ciertas disposiciones. El remate se llevará a cabo bajo ciertas condiciones, como la deducción de la deuda total de cada distrito y la no aceptación de ofertas que no cubran al menos dos tercios del monto.
