The image contains news about The Ordinance of December 22, 1853 establishes that the Governor of the province will request from the Provincial Treasurer the list of debtors of the Provincial Subsidy. Once the list is received, the Governor will publish it in the official newspaper of the province, urging debtors to pay in the following month. If they do not pay, action will be taken. The Treasurer will inform the Governor who has paid and who has not. A fine will be imposed on employees who do not fulfill their duties. The Provincial Board will form a list of taxpayers who have not paid and will agree to auction the total amount owed to the province considering certain provisions. The auction will be carried out under certain conditions, such as the deduction of the total debt of each district and the non-acceptance of offers that do not cover at least two-thirds of the amount.
