Implementación de la metodologia BPM en PYMES: caso 2Towers Studio

Abstract

The objective of this project is to automate the identified processes of the business model of the company 2Towers Studio, for this purpose a proposed methodology is developed that gathers the theory of several specialized academics within the organizations' administration, where a theoretical basis is sought to be established. that complements the automation process by BPM methodology. This theoretical basis consists of six stages that evaluate and fully diagnose the organization with the aim of identifying and determining all the characteristics, factors and elements with which it interrelates, thus integrating and giving greater rigidity to the automation process to be implemented. These six stages are designed for application mainly in SMEs, taking advantage of the opportunities for growth that this can have developed from its introductory stages of this methodology.
