Resumen
The present qualitative research uses an ethnographic approach, which analyzes the process of meaning and meaning construction in children from one to three years of age who attend the Leo program with my baby in the Children's Library Room Public Julio Julio Santo Domingo. The focus of the analysis is the use that children and adults make of language based on the observation of the interactions between children and adults in their contexts, which contain both aspects that are culturally mediated and aspects that belong to the individual's capacities boy. The development of research in the field covered two moments separated by a reflexive pause of the researchers in which the participant observation, the video recordings in the library, at home and the interview resumed. In the findings, a variety of components appear in the pre-linguistic and from the words, in which particularly features of the mediations in the exchange that are captured by the child to give meaning to what is being talked about and capture the situation in which the conversation takes place.
