Resumen
Since the arrival of the first settlers to the village Los Soches (Usme) has consolidated a tradition around the festive meeting. Food, drink, dance and music have developed a specific form of relationship with the world and have been the cultural support of the peasants who inhabit the village. The bearers of the knowledge of dance retain memories related to this expression that began in the chicherias and that was evolving, at the same time, with the costumes, and the musical genres that were introduced through the radio. The immersion in the territory, which was born from the dialogue of peasant knowledge, allowed us to find in Virginia Martínez Solórzano, the longest-lived woman on the village, a construction of life around work, dance and festive encounter. The rapprochement as great grandson and future graduate allowed them to consolidate their memories, and that of other inhabitants, with the aim of building a vision of the peasant territory of Los Soches from the festive tradition
