Resumen
Colombian national and departmental public policy, promotes nature´s tourism as a potential activity in order to favor the development and welfare of the rural communities. Therefore, that studying the feasibility of the ecotourism and agritourism as strategy for the sustainable development of San Antonio town in La Vega municipality, department of Cundinamarca, looked to identify and analyze the potentiality of such activities, the offer and demand of it selves, beginning with the already identified developments and its possible impacts. By a correlational approaching, the participative observation and sampling survey performed in the town, was identified and analyzed the biophysics conditions, of infrastructure, cultural practices and activities with touristic potential in situ; through FODA was assessed the feasibility of the ecotouristic and agrotouristic activities development Likewise, the investigation of the public and private offer, led to the construction of the inventory of places with attractive tourism of nature and the biophysics analysis of the town, the inquiry of the national tourism potential demand, due its strategic location and nearness to the capital city and its insertion on the national strategy of touristic paths. In the context of regional and municipal competitive, the touristic products of the town have a big environmental and socioeconomic challenge, in order to implement the infrastructure and reconditioning that fulfil the ecosystems protection conditions and its cultural heritage, because of the small town category and therefore of the private touristic investment for its development.
