Proceso de reingeniería para la fundación social Oasis desde la implementación de un proyecto deportivo

Abstract

The social Oasis foundation is a non-profit organization, consolidated through the effort and dreams of young people of Ciudad Bolívar for the support of vulnerable populations. He works with children and young people in the formation of values through the arts, with older adults from a communal dining room and workshops of his interest and with enterprising women. The main reason for this project is to strengthen the knowledge acquired and developed in the elective stage of the sports administration curricular project. To this end, he supported the social Oasis foundation with the implementation of a reengineering process and a sports project, thus improving some problems that the institution presented and providing new ideas for its continuous improvement. Here it is reflected the whole of knowledge, activities and tasks acquired and developed from the execution of the internship in the social Oasis foundation, presents the problematic that gave rise to the initiative, the justification and the objectives raised, The functions that were performed and the methodological process that took place and the results obtained both personally and for the institution are listed, leaving a clear picture of those that can contribute a process of reengineering and serving as an example for subsequent work and subsequent processes of change and improvement in the foundation.
