Resumen
The distribution of test vehicles turns out to be a key process according to Nissan Sales & Service Way (NSSW) standards, to each Dealer to have the appropriate Demo Car vehicle so that each Client has the opportunity to have an emotional contact with the brand to create the "desire to be the owner". After an intense literature review to design a model that proposed the best distribution of the Demo Vehicle in Bogota city, a distribution study was considered applying Mixed Integer Linear Programming - MILP where the objective function is focused on the minimization of distances to be covered by each of the test vehicles to meet the needs of each Dealer in terms of car segments, the possibility of performing a Test Drive regardless of the city's vehicular restrictions and having vehicles with mechanical, automatic or CVT transmission. Finally, a comparison was made of the proposed distributions in the last months and the distribution proposed by the designed model, highlighting the saving in distance for each case.
