Abstract

Considering the challenging task that entrepreneurs in Colombia face in stabilising their businesses in a market monopolised by policies that offer little support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), PineApp Colombia S.A.S. is evaluating its administrative practices and key procedures for strategic planning. The aim is to ensure that the findings and proposals have a significant impact on the production and marketing of the services offered.
