Análisis del cumplimiento del convenio Interadministrativo No. 9-07-24300- 967-2013 por parte del Jardín Botánico José Celestino Mutis para la restauración ecológica del humedal El Burro

Abstract

The present investigation took as a case study the inter-administrative agreement 967 signed in 2013 by the JBB and EAAB-ESP whose purpose was: To contribute to the conservation and ecosystem sustainability of the Zones of Management and Environmental Preservation (ZMPA) and Hydraulic Round ( RH) in the wetlands of the Capital District as strategic ecosystems in the hydrological cycle and conservation of biodiversity, in order to establish if the established objectives were reached and the expected impacts were generated. The methodological design in which the present research is framed is of a descriptive and comparative type where the aim is to evaluate and analyze the agreement 967-2013 proposing a matrix based on different concepts taken from different bibliographical sources consulted; however, it was emphasized in the publication made by the Humboldt Institute in 2015 on the monitoring of processes of restoration of terrestrial ecosystems, which is a recent investigation that contributes new concepts around the processes of restoration and that allowed adapting some guidelines. to the construction of an evaluation matrix that allowed to establish the incidence of the proposed actions in the object of the contract, the results published in the report presented by the JBB and what is currently evident in the El Burro Wetland.
