Abstract

This document is compound by 6 chapters, the first one develops the general panorama of the educational institution, defines the objectives and the research question; the second chapter includes the theoretical, legal and investigative background; the third chapter presents the methodology used in the research, based on the focus, approach, sample, design and schedule of the research, in the fourth chapter, the analysis of the information collected in the field work is carried out, establishing the categories that emerge from the characterization, family, regular conduct, internal and external relations of the institution, PEI's focus on values and attention to diverse population and the community; the fifth chapter proposes an improvement plan focused on family participation and school inclusion processes; Finally, in the sixth chapter are the final conclusions and recommendations.
