Abstract

The present Qualified work " systemic Intervention realized to the area of machinery and equipments of Concrescol S.A according to norm Pass 55-2008 ". It arises for the need to optimize the life cycle of the major physical assets of the company " Plant of Asphalt mixture ", for what we will use the system of management assets. The process of investigation begins with the study of the Norm Pass 55-2008, then there was checked the documentation that handles nowadays the area of Machinery and equipments, comparing the norm versus the system of management, by this there was analyzed in what level one finds the area and that needs to manage to implement a system of management of physical assets.Also it will give us a vision on the importance and benefits that it grants to choose as strategy a politics of management of physical assets since the usefulness of the company centres on the production of Asphalt Mixtures.
