Resumen
As part of the joint efforts made by the Ministerio de Cultura Colombia, the Universidad Francisco José de Caldas and the Fundacion Música en los Templos, a number of diploma courses were intended nationwide, training 500 music school´s teachers all around Colombia. In this way, this document is a report of internship work done by a student of the University District who made his work in one of the regions arranged for performing diploma courses. This work took place in the Center Andean area, in group number two (2) which counted with the coordinator Sandra Rodriguez, and as a consultant, the teacher Maria Olga Piñeros. This report is then presented in a work internship, conducted by an ethnographic approach, where they were documented and systematized pedagogical proposals, views of participants and profiles of them. Among the findings one can cite the strength of movements like bandistico at the departmental level, the good reception of the Guidelines on Musical Initiation by participants and some conceptions about the musical initiation.
