Implementación didáctica de las TIC para el fortalecimiento de la lectura y la escritura

Abstract

This research work seeks to answer the next question: What are the characteristics of an ICT-mediated didactic strategy that aims to strengthen the reading and writing processes in first grade students? This strategy was implemented at the INEM Francisco de Paula Santander school in Bogotá, during the year 2019, with 35 first grade students. The research takes as theoretical assumptions the development of literacy skills mediated by the global method and the ICT potential, meaningful and cooperative learning. For the interpretation and description of the research problem, was adopted a mixed qualitative and quantitative methodology. As results, significant advances are obtained in the reading and writing processes of the students, and it is concluded that the global method enriched with multimodality enables natural, playful, participatory learning and strengthens creativity and imagination.
