Resumen
In recent years the management and improvement of processes has intensified, so that organizations have understood that it is not a question of popularity, but, on the contrary, it is a necessity for their competitiveness. With this premise, process management allows to focus on two fundamental pillars: identifying the value proposition and ensuring that operational processes work effectively to maximize the value delivered to customers. The BPM as a tool to achieve a process-based approach allows an analysis of the different situations from a new transversal point of view interacting with workers, clients, suppliers and any agent within the organizational environment. The BPM, beyond being a simple technological tool, structures the business methodological vision that allows to identify, design, execute, document, measure, monitor and control business processes that are aligned with the strategic objectives defined by BCD Travel's senior management.
