Resumen
The personal search to the improvement on studying singing, reached to carry out, within real context in the Faculty of Arts ASAB at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, such as Ballet, Traditional Colombian Dance and acting classes. Those ones lead to the development of the sensitivity and body consciousness, providing learning tools to the strengthening of the singing training. Likewise, the necessity to lay the foundation to such experience since educational methodologies, as Montessori’s and the Dalcroze Rhythmic allowed to conduct such research to a theoretical analysis based on categories such as body consciousness and prepared environment. Besides this, in this paper it is also taken into account teacher’s opinions from the singing area as performance area, with the purpose of giving a wider view and from several perspectives, bringing the analysis of that experience different training concepts that support the importance of developing body consciousness training for optimal singer.
