Resumen
The study of the law of the territory has always been focused from the protected and less favored communities, forgetting in one way or another the different educational environments that in one way or another have called for the recognition of their environment and their territory. This proposal has as its axis of reflection the right to territory from processes of construction of social thought within the school social sciences that allow the participation of children in processes of knowledge, reflection, analysis and transformation of their territory in this way look at the social sciences in school a more dynamic and effective exercise to modify the dynamics of the territory and the possibility that children have to be effective agents in the actions of care, defense and fight for their rights.
