Informe de pasantía. Identificación de requerimientos de docentes de física en ejercicio en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

The following report evidences the activities carried out in the internship developed in the framework of the research on the identification of the academic requirements of practicing physics teachers in the city of Bogotá in accordance with the curricular program of the Physics Degree of the University District Francisco José de Caldas and the Colombian Association of Physics Teachers with the acronym Zemakaita. The main purpose of the internship was to systematize a Likert survey structured and executed as a social research technique in which the population to be questioned is directly affected and is closely involved in the research process through attitudes that stimulate the exercise teacher in the classroom and the inclusion of the teacher in different activities. The purpose is to document the experience and obtain evidence from quantitative measurements of a variety of characteristics that will allow us to know the needs or academic requirements of physics professionals who are currently working in the city of Bogotá. At the same time, the possible contents that will be illustrated previously on the website of the Colombian Association of Zemakaita Physics Teachers were developed, which turn out to be of great importance at the moment of knowing and recognizing entities focused on promoting innovation, research, education and the dissemination of physics in Colombia.
